Travel Agent vs Tour Guide Parenting

I’ve seen myself grow and go through changes as a parent. When I first became a mom, I thought my role as a parent was one of a dictator. I asked my daughter what they could use instead of a pen given their circumstances. Continue reading “Child-lead Memory-making Learning”

Tools for Your Journey

As the self-kindness portion of The Kindness Challenge has come to an end, I just wanted to share something I think a lot of people need to be reminded of. We’re all on this journey of life with no instructions or manual. We’re all doing the best we can with the tools at our disposal during our journey. It’s easy to look back and see how we could have done things better because we have tools that would have been useful and a different perspective.  Continue reading “Tools for Your Journey”
