3 Tips to Maintain Your Spiritual Health!

As someone who believes the statement by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin that says:

‘We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.’

I believe wholeheartedly that our spiritual health is just as important as the health in the other areas of our lives. I wanted to share this video with you because I absolutely love that this is for when you don’t feel like it. Let’s be real, we have days and chapters in our lives that are harder than others. Having a practice that you do no matter what is a great way to help you through those times. My go-to practice is practicing gratitude! Not just saying something I’m grateful for and moving on with my day. For me, it’s about starting my day off with gratitude and looking for the opportunities to be grateful in the midst of struggle. Whether mundane or monumental, I look for the even the smallest reason to be grateful rather than the obvious reasons to complain. It has made such a difference in my life!

I hope you enjoy this short video! My favorite tip is #1 and I love the word he uses because I know it feels easier and takes the pressure off for some people. May you get what you need out of this video!

What was your favorite tip? Feel free to share a practice that helps you!

Sending you lots of love!

  1. Morning Connection! I so need to start there. I rush out of bed, get the kids ready for school, and drive an hour to work. I don’t take any time to connect spiritually with myself. Imagine the days I could have if I started my morning out differently.

    1. Getting up early to connect with myself in a meaningful way had a huge impact on my day and the way I went about it. I highly encourage you to do it! Even if you can only start off with 15 minutes, it’s worth it. I can’t wait to hear how much better it feels to go about your day getting it off to a more intentional start. ❤
