How to be Ultra Spiritual

While I think JP Sears is absolutely hilarious, I really enjoyed getting to see him open up and discuss things the way he did in this interview with Lewis Howes. I watched this earlier this year when it first came out so it’s been a while since I’ve seen it but it crossed my mind today and I decided to share it because I’m sure there’s someone that will appreciate it. If you don’t have time to watch it now, bookmark this post so you can come back to it. Enjoy!

Do you love JP Sears and Lewis Howes as much as I do? What spoke to you most in this interview? Feel free to share your favorite ultra-spiritual tip in the comments! 😉

Sending you lots of love and wishing you all that you need to be ultra-spiritual ❤

  1. There were many things that spoke to me. Mostly, it felt like naming emotional experiences that I now don’t have to spend the time trying to name. HA! Thanks boys! They also validated my understanding of truth while growing it at the same time. Love it! Thanks!

    1. Wow that’s awesome, Julia! I’m so glad you got so much out of this! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first watched it since JP Sears is so funny and silly but it was a lot deeper than I anticipated. The way they opened up and shared made me love them both even more! Glad you enjoyed it! ❤

      1. I love that they are deep and thoughtful. It wasn’t spirituality 101 stuff. Not that I’m judging that it’s just that the deep conversations help me grow by naming experiences that I’m having. I love the stuff you post!

      2. Haha no it wasn’t, I purposely used the name of the book/podcast. I’m glad you found water to help you grow ❤ Thank you, Julia. Always trying to share things I believe will help in some way ❤

  2. JP always impresses me. At first you see a lot of humorous content, but then when you delve further into his material, you see how much he’s thought about these topics and how serious he takes it, which ironically is what allows him to create such funny and irreverent content!
