A Piece of Me

It’s funny, as I opened my blog on a tab to start this draft, I wasn’t sure what I was going to write about. I noticed how much I loved the header images on the last three posts that were on my screen. I couldn’t help but smile and think how far I’ve come. Then I thought that maybe I should go back and update the images on my older posts. How in the world did I think those looked good? The thing is, at the time they did look good to me because I put a lot of time and effort into them. You see, this blog is an extension of me which I know as the creative you are you can relate.

I share pieces of who I am just as I am. So seeing something as small as my header images reflects growth. Not only have I grown in my skills but as a person. I’ve dedicated the last four years of my life to personal growth. Granted it was a case of “desperate times call for desperate measures” but I was able to face to desperate times and weather the storm. So as tempting as it was to go back and update those old headers and less esthetically pleasing posts, I’m going to leave them up. They represent my growth and I hope will not only inspire you but encourage you to reflect on your own growth. Funny how little things can teach such big lessons.

Sending lots of love your way!

    1. I’m glad you enjoyed it ☀

It depends. Some are photos I’ve taken and others are ones I search for on sites like pexels or curated images I pay for. There’s a bit of everything 😊 I’m glad you like them. Have a wonderful day 💖
