As the self-kindness portion of The Kindness Challenge has come to an end, I just wanted to share something I think a lot of people need to be reminded of. We’re all on this journey of life with no instructions or manual. We’re all doing the best we can with the tools at our disposal during our journey. It’s easy to look back and see how we could have done things better because we have tools that would have been useful and a different perspective.
Continue to do the best you can with what you have as you search for tools to add to your toolbox and help you along your way. Instead of being so hard on yourself, I encourage you to recognize how far you’ve come on your journey and what tools you have at your disposal that have served you well. From this frame of mind, you might be able to better analyze the tools you have and identify ones you might want to acquire.
In my newly released book, I share the tools I used to overcome a long battle with depression. Whether you currently struggle with depression, have in the past, or just want to take a more positive and empowering approach to life, you might find this helpful. Before you purchase, I encourage you to check out the free sample on Smashwords and Amazon. You’ll know from that sneak peek if this is something that will be able to support you on your journey or not. Whether this is a fit for you or not, I wish you all that you need to support you on your journey!
Sending you lots of love! ❤
