Consistency Yields Results!

Happy Monday everyone! I hate to sound like a broken record, I know I recently shared a similar message but I have a feeling someone needs to be reminded of this today. In a world of instant gratification and instant results, it’s easy to feel like we’re failing or lacking in some way when things don’t come together as quickly as we’d like or on the first time around.
One of my readers shared a fact on bamboo I didn’t know. I read into it and bamboo generally takes 3 years to establish itself before it grows at one of the quickest rates of plants at 3-5 feet a year! So while not everything happens in the push of a button or swipe of a screen, just know that your consistent action is what yields sustainable results!

  1. This is so much the case with music – consistent practice. And while I preach it to my students regularly, I forget it myself often… If you practice something daily there can only be one result … improvement. In fact it’s one of the thoughts that has come up for me in the Kindness challenge from last week Niki although it didn’t make it into the reflection.

    1. I love it! An instructor of mine once told me we teach what we need to learn the most. I’m always on the lookout for what I’m seeking to teach my children and those in my life so I can learn the lesson 🙂

Don't be shy, I'll reply ;)
