I listen to podcasts and interviews as I tend to the house instead of music. I can soak up so much information, insight, and wisdom while I get things done around the house. I’m sharing one of my favorite interviews I watched this week ! It’s really encouraging to hear the backstory and remind myself that they play at the level they do because of the hard work and dedication they put into their dream.
It’s also very inspiring to hear them speak about issues, feelings, and struggles that I may be dealing with. A lot of times the videos have a message of confirmation for me. Maybe they speak on a particular topic and affirm something or they say something that confirms a message I received in a meditation. It’s funny because I never know what exactly will be discussed in the interview so it always makes me smile when I get my timely confirmation. I actually have a note app on my phone where I jot all of my confirmations down. It reminds me of how connected I am and in tune I am with the Divine messages I receive. I scroll through it every now and then and it’s nice to remember the confirmations I’ve received and it encourages me to listen to my messages even when they don’t make as much sense to me in the moment.
This week the person whose interviews spoke to me the most was Lisa Nichols. I love her personality, how engaging she is, and what a great speaker she is. I was immediately drawn to her and while I generally watch various interviews by the same show, this week I watched various interviews of Lisa on different shows. I’d let the videos autoplay so I wouldn’t know what they were about and I got some really big confirmations. Two in particular were so huge that I got the chills!
This was one of my top 5 favorite interviews of hers. I really enjoy the conversation style and the interaction between her and the host. It’s a longer one so if you don’t have time to watch it now, I encourage you to bookmark this page and come back to it.
What did you think of the video? Do you have any interviews of Lisa Nichols you’d like to share? What do you like most about Lisa? Have you read any of her books? Do you have any other podcasts or interviews you’d like to share that you found particularly enlightening or encouraging recently? Who motivates you most by leading by example? I’d love to hear in the comments!
