That is such a beautiful thing Rosie! It doesn’t surprise me, it shows even with the way you are in the blogosphere and social media always reposting and celebrating others. Have a wonderful rest of your weekend 🙂

That is such a great thing to fuel your soul! Reminds me of that quote that says “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.” Such a good thing to remember. Happy Sunday!

Golf cart ride along our lakefront & canal – checking on the local wildlife families, and seeing the seasonal changes to trees/plants. Every day. Nature is my church.

Ohhhh I’m with you there! You took this post exactly where my mind was when I wrote it!! I haven’t attended a brick and mortar church in 10 years but I feel like I’m in church everyday! The sea is visible from my bedroom balcony and the amount of love and peace that I feel when I see it, it just overflows! Yes, nature feeds my soul as well, funny as it may sound to those that know be best because I’m not a down and dirty outdoorsy kind of girl. There’s just something about nature I find soothing (hence my desire to full time RV- I’ll have to learn to live a little more down and dirty so my husband doesn’t pull all the weight in that department 😉 ). Thanks for stopping by again 🙂

Going to a brick and mortar church doesn’t feed my soul as people say it should. I believe for me, being in the creation/nature feeds it much more. I’ve gone to church but it just doesn’t make me feel better. We both have the dream of full-time rv! I can’t wait. My husband and I are making goals but we don’t have a “date” yet. Getting closer to that though!

I grew up in the church and I struggled with the hypocrisy and egos and other human shortcomings that just took away from the experience for me. I feel much more at peace and can find the beauty and connect on a deep spiritual level almost anywhere in nature! I’m very excited even though our tentative date is at least 2 years away. The illusion fuels the dream for now 🙂 Maybe our roads will cross outside of the blogosphere one day 🙂

You hit the nail on the head “hypocrisy and egos and other human shortcomings that just took away from the experience for me”. That’s about where our goals are as well! Do y’all plan on traveling in the U.S.?

You know I don’t know where life will take us. I have a feeling that is what will happen. My logical mind can’t conceive it because of logistics both personal and otherwise but in my heart I do have a “knowing” that we will be. I definitely want to take advantage and see as much of Europe as we can while we’re here. One thing life has taught me that I’ve just learned is to never say never… 😉

I hope so too! It has been raining quite a bit here in Texas. My yard has been too flooded and skeeters are coming out of everywhere. This coming week is suppose to be sunshiny so hopefully we can get out. I don’t like being cooped up

What feeds my soul? The list is long….to name a few…praying, nature, singing (especially when all alone and singing with gusto and passion), driving in the country, reading, listening to/watching Joel Osteen on tv, dancing to 80’s hits (again, alone), being kind and being the recipient of kindness, being introspective…and, writing 🙂

Thanks for giving us a glimpse of your list! I can see how those things would feed someone’s soul! I hope you get to do several of those things today 🙂

Driving in the country will happen tomorrow on my way to work…so will (seat) dancing as I listen to the 80’s station on my car radio…as for all the others listed, done 🙂 You are sweet…thanks for today’s moments of positive connection 🙂

I can only imagine how I look to people that pass me when I drive… all into my songs, singing and (seat) dancing 🙂 That’s awesome!! I love that you were able to do so many things today that fed your soul! I hope you have a wonderful week! 🙂

A lot of things feed my soul: yoga, Sunday morning breakfast with my soon to be husband, learning something new… The little things in life 🙂

Looking for the good in others and seeking ways to build them up. Writing in my prayer journal and reading great books. Walks in lovely places, flowing to praise music on my yoga mat, and seeing joy on the faces of my children all feed my soul.

We engage in activities that makes us feel happy. The best is meditation. It’s not just a thing to be done, but to be felt and experience the greatest bliss. #heartfulness
