Attention all Kindness Challenge participants!
I just wanted to check in and see how this week is going for you. Celebrate even the smallest changes, shifts and improvements you notice in your thoughts and actions.
No matter what week you’re on, remember to be gentle with yourself! If you are having trouble with the focus, remember not to be hard on yourself. Every thought, action, reaction, interaction is a chance to do better. This is a process so changes won’t happen overnight but the little changes you make are creating new habits. Feel free to share your struggle or success in the comments. You never know who you might be encouraging! Thank you to each and every one of you for participating! Your stories are so touching and inspiring. I’m so glad we are on this journey together! Wishing you lots of kindness in all of its forms this week!
