Attention all 2016 Kindness Challenge Participants!
As one challenge ends, another begins! If you’re already signed up, feel free to write a “before” post and pingback here.
For your before post, you can write about why you signed up, what you want from this challenge, what you hope to get out of it, what you think will happen, how you plan to incorporate your weekly reflections into your blog (or Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or the platform of your choice). Use this as an opportunity to reflect your thoughts and feelings in the present moment, your outlook on life and the world around you. We’ll look back at this after the challenge is over and do a reflection post. Link your before post to this so we can read each other’s posts and use the #RevofKindness tag.
For those that don’t know, next Monday the first annual Kindness Challenge hosted by me will begin! The goal is to focus on different aspects of kindness for 7 weeks. Each week I’ll post about an aspect to focus on, you’ll have the whole week to practice and at the end of the week you’ll use that as the prompt to post about. Don’t worry, there is only one post commitment a week and it can be incorporated into any type of blog! Find a way that best suits your blog to fit it in. You can take a picture, write a song, do a journal entry, a short story, there are no limits! My hope is that by focusing on kindness for 7 weeks that you will see the world around you in a different way. I’m excited to go on this journey with you, see where it takes you and read your reflections.
